Wizze allow you to chat with people around you without using cellular networks, wifi or internet. you can send and receive text messages and photos. each group can have up to 8 peoples. You can use this application when cellular networks is not available. The usage of wizze is free because it does not use cellular provider but the bluetooth instead. The range is 70 meters. ideal for meetings, conventions and areas with many people who overload cellular networks.
